Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax updates would not install Turbotax updates would not install multible calls to Turdotax did not resolve issue. Because I could not e-file. I paid extra to file California State and could not do it. I had to print and send hard copy to file the taxes. At least I should get my cost for the state e-file returned (25$). Very disappointed with Turbotax.

The helpful prompts are there to help you navigate and gives me a feeling of not being alone, there is help with me every step of the way!
