Rated 2 out of 5 by from Alright Shouldn't charge people for unemployment, clearly they're not rich. Also sneaky that the $35 charge for "pro version" charges 2 times for state and federal. Also a bonus charge for taking out of my refund makes no sense, your multi-billion dollar company is already making money off of me. Other than that it makes doing taxes much easier. Just get better at treating your customers well, not just the wealthy ones.

Normally my taxes are very easy but last year I not only moved but retired from the military and it created a whole entire problem of itself. I am so glad for my expert

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just wish that it worked First, I got stuck entering self-employment deductions and adjustments. Called customer service, but they weren't able to help. Cleared my cache, logged in/logged out, tried different devices and internet browsers, etc. Still experiencing the issue. Was told to just wait and see by customer service. Finally, was able to enter the info by just starting over and retyping everything. It was broken for me for over a week and I fixed it, not customer service. When I hit transmit my return, nothing happened. It was only by trying to reach customer service again that the screen began to react and submit the return. I don't need flashy graphics or animations. I just need it to work consistently!
