Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenience I prefer using turbotax because I know that they are going to check for every possible deduction and make sure my information is correct as possible because it's good business sense. They make it easy for the average person to tolerate. It's preferential to the other options out there.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbo tax is ok it was fairly easy. however when speaking to someone they confused me more than i needed to be confused. i dont even understand how you can beat around the bush so much. i kept telling her i didnt understand what she meant. or how on my taxes i can put what somebody else claimed and i did not. i just didnt get it
