Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Faithful User I have aways used Turbo Tax and have trusted them to be the accurate and faithful to their long time users. This year changed with many ads to upgrade and some program issued I have already commented on to Turbo Tax. As a senior with limited income every nickel becomes important. Turbo Tax has a zero dollar file cost and file option. This was not even an option at any time. No information was given as to what will be required and no example given how to apply. Very disappointed. At the end when a user is asked to file, a small "*" is presented with an overview of the zero option. no acces to apply. Overall, Turbo Tax is a very good platform to submit your taxes for both payment and refund.

I HAVE 20 FAMILY MEMBER THAT I HELPED TO HAVE THEIR TAX DONE, AND I ALWAYS USE THIS SITE FOR 10 YEARS ALREADY! NOW THAT IT GETS SO EXPENSIVE ALTHOUGH YOU ARE DOING ALL THE WORK! LIKE WHAT THE HECK? FORGET IT! WAS NOT LIKE THIS BEFORE!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I CANT CHANGE PRODUCT TYPE THAN THE PREVIOUS YEARS VERY FRUSTRATING! SPENT HOURS ONLY TO BE NOT GIVEN A CHOICE OF A PRODUCT TO USE. I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY $178 WHEN IT SHOULD'VE BEEN NO MORE THAN $120.00 FOR BOTH FEDERAL AND STATE TAXES

Rated 1 out of 5 by from way to expensive Its the only tax website that does your taxes easy for you, but its very pricey and way over priced. Theres no reason for how high these rates are. its so much cheaper on other websites, but you charge for both federal and state forms and if someone has to enter a bunch of stuff anyway then charge them $60 for just having a 401K or any retirement plan, its complete garbage. and when i chose to use my federal return at first to use to pay to e-file my taxes, it was almost impossible to change it and for that reason because it was another $40 you to file that one more form which is pathetic.
