Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is excellent Everything was great until time to efile. Would not allow me to efile. After over 4 hours of trying to get help, I was finally able to efile my returns with the help of Amad. He was the fourth person I talked to for help, after getting cut off and hung up on with 3 previous people. Many thanks to Amad for his patience and persistence.

However, this tax season the software brought some drama into my life, and I hope the TT team resolves these for 2022. Negative gross sales are being imported from financial institutions and the review program is noting it as an error that can only be fixed manually.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy but expensive. Your prices have gone up on everything. It's insane. I paid 145$ and didn't even itemize deductions. I had to pay 39$ just to have them withdraw the money from my refund. What the heck is that about?! I will never use your services again.
