Rated 5 out of 5 by from Return Rejection Help First time to try efile. Returns got rejected twice. Issue was that IRS had only officially processed my 2018 return. Thus the AGI info needed for 2019 wasn't there. Per discussion with turbotax expert, solution was to input 0 for AGI for 2019. Returns accepted. Should have better advice on the efile screen for rejection and, after finding out from IRS if prior year not processed, then input 0. Would have saved at lot of headaches.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It worked for me First time user. Overall good experience. A lot to trouble figuring out how to claim/ not claim student scholarships. Also HSA distributions were tricky. I learned things for next year, but these items could be clarified for the first time users out there.
