Rated 3 out of 5 by from Chat is very impersonal. Chat helped, but the help is like chatting with a robot. Maybe it is. No personality. I am sure they are doing this for a reason, but I would like to make an argument. When people are stressed, they need someone knowledgeable and personable. My concerns like "I wasn't sure if I did this correctly" are responded to like this, "Thank you, Did I resolve your issue.", it worries me. Do better TurboTax. There are a lot of worried people out here.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax My agent was kind and responsive but almost cost me an extra $500 if I did not question something about a rental I had and how the info was inputted. I have been using TurboTax since i started paying taxes but i will now look else where for help. It was not worth the $501 I had to pay for this service. I will be looking else where next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Review of filing thru Turbotax I usually have no issue in filing my taxes thru turbotax. However, this year I was forced to wait for a form to be available in order to submit my taxes. Other tax apps were prepared with the adoption credit form and did not have a delay.
