Rated 4 out of 5 by from Close to awesome Had made a mistake with the number I put in for my Property Tax Block. Then was close to the end near filling when I realized I had done that. Program was not allowing me to go back and change that number without trying for 10 min. Finally had to ask with the Help link. They then guided me there to allow me to change it. Shouldn't of been that difficult if I hadn't done the last 2 or 3 clicks to file it. That one number upped my refund over $100.

I called in and the man on the phone with me was very understanding and helpful! He was able to find the problem quickly and explained the issue clearly. Overall great experience!!!!
