Rated 3 out of 5 by from first time problems after 15 years all good on federal but state refused efile numerous times. somehow state income was duplicated as out of state income which did not match fed w2. turbo tax help said a upcoming software change would fix but it did not. I had to force the out of state income off my return.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could be a lot better Program needs a lot of explanatory detail. Clicking on an entiy's reference data often leads to IRS gibberish. Should be able to complete tax without every switching to forms mode, but I find that I must go to form mode to understand the interview question.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A few bugs Overall, it works well, but there were some bugs related to the 1099-B that were a bit infuriating, mainly related to the date acquired info and cost or other basis info.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty good It is good if you do just a basic return. I feel charging for an upgrade and then charging a state return fee on top of that is a little excessive. HR block comes out a little cheaper in that case.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely terrible experience this year The Deluxe version is error prone. Never before this year - user for over 15 years- have I needed to call support. This year has been twice so far. First was the install button was almost invisible due to monitor resolution - needed to be 720 or lower. Second - and the outcome is pending - is the inability to efile from the desktop. This version call the intuit site but nothing occurs to pay for the state return. On support line close to an hour today.
