Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is my Go To! ii have utilized TurboTax for the past 3 tax years. ii have not had any system issues or overly confusing and complex engagement with it. ii have had basic tax filing, one W-2 or 1099 form, so this product just seems perfectly adjusted to my needs. ii like the flow and simplicity of the process and ii feel that all my questions and inquiries are explained in an easy to understand manner. ii recommend using TurboTax.

Between the Turbo Tax Experts and the User Group I've always found answers to challenging tax questions. I went from preparing taxes manually to soon after it was available and I, 80 years old.
