Good, E-filing failled,
E-filing failed, should have a direct path to IRS ID pin numbers, had prior years pin fail, went to program to have new ID pin issued by your program, also failed. Had to file manually. Should have program prompts for IRA total holdings went entering IRAs. Now have to get my $25 dollars back for failure of state filing.

Again could not file electronically
Charged me $25 for filing state, but would accept it to file electronically. Will probably have to file dispute with charge card. Last year same issue, and Intuit refused to refund fee for non-service.

Awesome Service!!
Aleatris was quick and thorough! I will use again. I forgot to file and had to do last minute taxes. She took the stress out of it.

Pleasantly surpirsed!
After years of using an accountant, mine retired and I turned to TurboTax. Makes filing easy, even with a semi-complicated tax situation like mine. My Turbo Tax expert was also super knowledgeable and helpful and got me to the finish line!

TurboTax doesn't import prior year tax file figure
Really difficult this year. Wasn't easy finding prior year's figures and where to input on this return. Had net loss, but still had to pay nearly 4,000 for 2021 taxes. Don't understand this at all.

I find TurboTax easy to use and the ask the professionals has always been helpful when needed on the rare occasion. We've been using it for all our Business and Personal Tax needs for over twelve yrs.

TurboTax has bugs with the new 2021 Schedule K-3
We've used TurboTax for many years and usually software bugs are fixed in updates, and doesn't hinder the e-filing process. However, the 2021 tax return software was different. We were instructed by a few limited partnerships we invested in to use the new Schedule K-3 for 2021 tax returns. This is for reporting foreign income and expenses, and our partnerships are domestic ones without these foreign amounts to report (no foreign income, no foreign interest, no foreign expenses). However, after going thru the schedule K-3 and entering bunch of zeros, the review flagged them as errors. Ignoring these false "errors" (there is no way to get rid of them) prevented us from e-filing our tax returns (when we click "transmit to file" at the end of it, it brought us back to these "errors" to get us to update/fix them). We replaced the previous 0 by a new 0, the error remained and we were unable to e-file both our federal and state returns. We were stuck in this loop and wasted a lot of time. We finally had to print the returns and mail them thru USPS. This is a problem reported/posted online back in Feb./March 2022 and still not fixed today (10/14/22). Now we need to contact the credit card company to get the charge of e-filing our state return back (TurboTax asked for the payment info before the final "transmit to file" failed to go thru).

I was really nervous to do our taxes . I had all of our data; so all I had to do was ask questions and enter our data! I feel way better about filing our taxes now :)
