Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not worth it I thought it was gonna be more convenient since it is electronic but not so. Will not do it again. Also, it’s super expensive. He upgraded my plan from $150 (average) to $350 (average). I have a company I use in town that is wayyyy cheaper than this. Never again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from My agent was fantastic. DocUSign keeps sending me messages that I need to review & sign my returns. I’ve already done this & my returns have been accepted. It is confusing to get these emails when I’ve already completed everything and my returns have been submitted and accepted.

It would be nice to be able to link them and have different tabs in your personal turbotax page with personal and business forms and documents. It would be awsome if you could save documents in cloud through turbotax

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Experience Nothing is perfect. For sure turbo tax is user-friendly. If your unsure about anything you can call and they pick up fast. In the future, I intend on filing with Turbotax.intuit. The last representative was outstanding. We finalized and submitted my return. This experience was grand! Thank you for the experience 2021

He was clearly knowledgeable, asked all the questions that needed to be asked, was very attentive and responsive. Whenever I reached out to him with questions, it wasn’t long before he got back to me with a reply. I will definitely use this service again next year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Horrible service I spoke with three live agents. Anthony was suppose to be my tax expert. He did not answer my questions promptly. It took way to long to get results. That is why I had to call numerous times. I signed up 100.00 dollars and it cost me 130.00
