I had downloaded financial forms yet in the end the program could not even figure out how to properly put on my return. Then they try and get more money withe file $40 which is free directly with the ins. Don't waste your money

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Live is Great! We were assigned a tax expert with 15 years of experience in handling our specific situation. Heather prepared out taxes in a matter of days, something which normally takes us over a week to do. She stayed in communication with us constantly and ensured we understood the entire process. Heather was very personable and gave us the attention we needed to get through one of the toughest tax years we've ever had. She never hesitated to answer any or our questions, and we had A LOT of questions. I hope to get Heather again next year!
