Rated 2 out of 5 by from I had some very frustrating problems My first e-file was rejected because they couldn't match my AGI or pin from 2020. The number was correct and I had no pin from the IRS. So I tried to call a Turbo Tax representative and spent a frustrating 20 minutes trying to get through the detailed phone tree, only to be told they wouldn't connect me with a representative and I should check the support pages. Support pages gave me nothing until I started reading some of the detailed comments. Here I discovered that since I didn't file with Turbo Tax last year, I would have no pin (I think) and should have put 0 for my AGI. This is not clear anywhere in the forms, and I spent half a day resolving this. Now you are saying I have to mail in my state taxes even though I asked to pay electronically. Finally, I didn't know I had to pay extra to e-file my state taxes until the very last phase, when I had already prep'd everything for e-file. And now you are making it so hard to find an acceptable nickname that I can't even post this review!! In short, I did not have a good experience at any point with this program and will reconsider next year.
