It took hours for a very basic return, and kept asking me irrelevant questions even after I answered them. The only thing that was easy was importing my W-2 and 1099. H&R Block was much simpler, and they didn't charge me a fee just to submit the return

The great part is when I use Turbo Tax every year, it imports all the data I need from previous years taxes. Makes it so simple. No need to go through tons of old paperwork to find something.
