Rated 1 out of 5 by from terrible experience, will not use them again This year's experience was very poor; I'd give 0 stars if I could. It felt much more difficult to navigate and understand what was going on. Turbo Tax offered terrible information regarding IP Pin that resulted in delayed returns. I also didn't appreciate the hidden charges solely because I wanted to claim a dependent. I will use a different company moving forward.
