Rated 3 out of 5 by from not happy with turbo tax this year wasnt the experience i was hoping for. last year was much better. i had my CPA changed 3 times this year and my return to over 3 weeks to complete. also paid over $500 which i think to be outrageous. i did not have a very involved personalized experience. took days to talk to my cpa through the chat option. you can clearly tell they are working multiple returns to the point you can get all your questions answered at once. i asked for a screen share with video like i had last year. apparently that's not an option i was told. overall just not happy with the quality for the money. i am a 10 year turbo tax customer and probably won't return.
