We do all the work and at the end "you need to upgrade to file your taxes" which includes more money. Be upfront with your customers in the beginning and stop luring them in then hit them with additional fees.

You can stay on the surface and it will guide you through everything that might apply to you, and you can also get down into the forms themselves if you want to know for sure that everything is coming out like you expect it to.
