Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing work from Andrea Andrea was spectacular, she went above and beyond in every aspect. I had a lot moving part to my return but Andrea knew how to navigate them. She accommodated to my schedule and was able to get the max deductions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Tool! Every year we file with TurboTax online. Since we are retired and now self-employed it is even simpler. But with any year we have been able to use TurboTax and benefit from filing ourselves. TurboTax also offers you help with their upgrade program.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Um. Kinda great I used TT for the last three years. I have a job (W2) and a side business (1099) that was going very well until the pandemic. I had so many questions that I couldn't handle by myself. The agents are great.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from GOOD, BUT IMPROVEMENT NEEDED I had mixed feeling with Turbotax.... First, it was convenient to use, but I got my income & wage doubled during the input, so I have to manually correct it by adding a negative amount, which is complicated. Second, the online and software didn't sync, so I have to refill since I transferred from online to software. Third, the stock import was not supported for JP Morgan, so I had to enter all information by myself.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax seemed more awkward to work with this ye My attempt to E-file was rejected, supposedly because the AGI entered for 2020 did not match my 2020 filing which I did with TurboTax. But the numbers on my tax records were accurate. So I will file by mail. Fortunately I am not due a refund, and my additional amount owed was minor, so this is not a huge inconvenience. But I am disappointed in the lack of assistance from TurboTax.
