TURBO TAX IS EASY BREEZYI have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and there has never been a glitch and the help section helps you out so well when you get stuck. Awesome Tax Tool especially for 1st time filers. But also great for people with other considerations as Turbo Tax does everything on the screen while your entering info(home purchase/sale), carry overs of previous year tax info. Easy to locate older tax info. Just simply put EASY BREEZY.

Forced upgradeWhen given the option to skip optional tax break, it forces you to take it and upcharges you an extra $80 to go premium for both state and federal.
