Rated 4 out of 5 by from REALLY GREAT EXCEPT YOU CAN'T E-FILE AN EXTENSION Every year I use TurboTax and every year I find it extremely annoying that we can't file an extension. I've worked with other tax software that easily does it. A few weird things on instructions, if you weren't familiar with filing for an S-Corp there wasn't always much explanation. In one place it said since you were once a C-Corp you are required to balance the retained earnings. Since our S-Corp was never a C-Corp, I spent way too much time trying to find a question that had been answered wrong. But it was the instructions worded incorrectly. So, on a positive note, I do like TurboTax but I also get frustrated by the same issues that never change year after year as mentioned above.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressed by the improvements I used to work here as a Tax Advisor until my disabilities made doing so impossible. Therefore, I'm very familiar with this product, haha! I am quite impressed with the improvements they made this year. Many of the questions are MUCH less confusing. The expert advice section is much better. It was so much more intuitive to navigate than previous years, when, frankly, I could see why customers were confused. Bravo, TT!
