Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax isn't FREE Read before you use it. I'm poor and I was charged almost 20% of my refund to file my return because I had none standard paperwork...granted it's cheaper than most places but I hate the add ons you are forced to pay when refunds and money are so tight.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Preferred tax filing software Though there are minor things about Turbotax that I think they could do better on, overall, it is the better product in my opinion. They seem to do a better job of going through things and have links to help docs that explain what they are asking and/or differentiating between similar taxes/deductions. It's just simpler to use

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I did like the TurboTax service I have been using TuboTax for years. I did not like that I was not able to complete it as I normally do, because of the video card quality that I have, but It did give me the option to upgrade to an expert that can finish it for me.
