My tax representative was knowledgeable, communicative, responsive and very professional. It is a very easy and expeditious way to file taxes and I will continue to use this service for the foreseeable future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from this years taxes this year you already indicated what type of account to direct deposit too, last year I did not see that I had too manually which I did not. The e-file went through waited longer then normal to get refund. Only issues this year program does not want to shut down like it should .
