Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brian Eased My Burden I've done my returns myself twice with TurboTax - not in consecutive years but still....I appreciated how simply the software explained items and took me through the steps. However, I lose confidence once I begin and second guess everything. So, this year, I decided I would go Deluxe and I am quite pleased I did. My expert was Brian. Brian is personable with just the right amount of introduction to feel at ease. Brian helped me right from the start with a list of approx 28 preliminary questions that simplified for me what supporting documents he would need. The "Next Steps" and "Documents" utility in TurboTax Deluxe was used straight away to provide answers and upload said documentation. Loved being able to "chat" with Brian via messaging in the online application. He walked me through the whole process. So happy and relieved I had Brian on my side. Thank you!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Screwed up my AGI From Last Year My 2020 Return was rejected because the feds stated that my 2019 AGI was wrong even though I used Turbotax last year and used the AGI as shown on my return! Good bye Turbotax after 20+ years! Oh and I want my 19.95 back for the Electronic State filing that failed!!!
