Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lost a Star Typically, I never have issues with this product and I have been using it for many years. This year I noticed some shortcomings. Some errors that should have picked up in the return were identified in the step where the program reviews for errors. This required an additional input which was avoidable since all the needed information was already there. Not sure what would have happened if I just accepted the error. Also, some states were late in getting tax forms issued and were not accepting and delaying tax filings. I assume these delays were CoVid related. I feel they were common and widespread given the number of questions asked in the Turbo Tax Community. I understand that this was beyond your control. However, I believe you could have done a much better job in explaining what was going on instead of relying on the Community. The standard answer provided by your Help Desk just added to the confusion. They made me believe that there was an issue with your Product that was being worked on. You still have a great product which I will continue to use and hope never to see a repeat of this year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another Easy Year of Taxes Turbo Tax delivers as usual. This is exactly what I have come to expect: the best tax software, easy to follow and file. Only a couple of questions this year, and once I reread the page info, I easily remedied the issue.
