Both were patient, knowledgeable, helpful, answered my questions, walked me through the forms and solved my issues/uncertainties. Actually a very pleasurable experience.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible, horrible Last time EVER I have used Turbo Tax for years, and each year I wonder if there is a better way. If I didn't shop so much at Costco and weren't such a lazy shopper..... Anyway, this year I had a bad time getting my AGI. For some reason 2019 not on my computer (other years were). OK, so I finally found my AGI. THEN, we went around and around with the filing. First, no, your password is not right...ok, so send me the code....3x got the code, wrote, and No.....we are having a hard time. Absolutely horrible to be so close to ending this pain and going around and around. Never a phone number, but who wants to wait hours anyway? I kept going back to the same pages, which were not helpful. Could not get out of the circle. Finally, closed TT and got back in....had to redo lots but FINALLY GOT IT DONE. Took me 90 minutes from when I started to file until I filed. At one point, it said, "Just print and send." #1, had paid for one online, #2, was in a circle that did not permit my going back and printing to send. Never again. Next time I will read the reviews. Someone must have a well-coded site for paying taxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Live It was our first time using Turbo Tax Full service. We will definitely use the service again but we will definitely make the early bird prices. It is very expensive but in this case worth the expense to get our taxes done correctly.
