Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a good product but could be better Wondering why I didn't get the full amount back that was withheld. It was roughly $9,000 but I'm only receiving $7,788 dollars back. What happened to the rest of the money? Also, the double payment of $39 which totals to $78 takes out more money. The process doesn't really seem fair. I do like how they keep your private information stored and secured but there's things that need to be fixed and updated.
