Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy To Use and Awesome Service! This was my first time filing taxes alone and as an independent. I was very nervous but TurboTax made it as easy as possible. It didn't take long at all and they made sure i got the absolute most out of returns. They even solved an issue i had the same day over the phone. Definitely recommend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is getting expensive with less ease Ive used turbo tax for almost 10 years. 1st year it was free. couple years later it was about 25 dollars, not bad. then there was live chat required because turbo tax didnt make it clear on one topic and my return was really low so i had to pay 70 dollars for someone to chat with me for 5 minutes to fix it. now in 2021 i had to pay $40 for federal, $40 for state, $70 because i made $35on the stock market, and some other fee that made the total $180 and it wouldve cost $70 more if i got live help which i shouldve done, but i didnt want to pay any extra. i shouldve just gone to a tax expert who wouldve done all the work for me for cheaper. this is probably my last year with turbo tax and i dont recommend them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the way to go: I'll seventy- one and I file everybody's taxes for them. I laugh when people ask me to file for them. I tell them if you can read you can file. I've introduced many friends and family to Turbo tax. I have only one problem, they keep asking me to file for them.
