Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Quick & Efficient! We've used TurboTax for the past three years. This year we decided to use a TurboTax live preparer we were assigned, Estes. Hands-down down, amazing! She made the process quick and painless, and honestly, we got our highest return ever! I definitely will be using the TurboTax live prepare feature next year!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Incredibly Clunky Very slow computer program. The whole process took hours when it should not have. This was due to ridiculous load times. I also had to refresh the "pay by credit card" about 5 times to get it to work. Its almost like they want to make it too difficult to do that so you pay their insane $40 fee to deduct from your refund. This will likely be the last year I use TurboTax.
