Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why was the Upgrade Necessary? I did not appreciate being shafted into an upgrade. It was not caught at first and there was a financial discount offered. However competitors allow a one time plan purchase with no additional charge for filing by experts. I was disappointed and will think twice before I use TurboTax again.
