A good experienceTurbo Tax was a little confusing at times, but I'm young, only 19. The live questions were wonderful and helped me immensely. I tried CK but I'm not the biggest fan of rounding numbers, so Turbo Tax was perfect for my perfectionist needs.

I was very disappointedI was unable to complete my return when I first tried, so I had to request live help. They were unable to find out what was wrong, so I had to wait several weeks for Turbo Tax to correct one of the forms in my return.
