Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of Time I had to redo my taxes twice because of buggy software and errors. Overall took me 7-8 hours when it should have taken 2 hours. Then I had to pay for the terrible service. This will be the last time I use TurboTax.

PATRICIA ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS WITH DETAILED. MORE THAN 1 1/2 HOUR ON THE PHON EVERY PATIENT,VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE,BEYOND SATISFIED!! WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER! Patricia should be recognized because of people like her, and customer service she offers I will be back next year!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from First Time Turbo Tax User I loved that Quick Books was transferred to TurboTax without issue. I liked the autobot's responses to most of my questions. However, the "Xbas is too high" was incredibly stressful. There didn't seem to be a clear explanation as to what that is or how to fix it. I could not find the section on the platform to actually make the changes. The cost of TurboTax was higher than I ever paid with HR Block. All in all, I will most likely return to HR Block next year because there wasn't a large enough difference to justify the cost of TurboTax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Blah Not worth what I paid for. I think I'm going to try other tax software in the future. It seems the cost of turbo tax this year is like double what I paid last year. It's funny, the cost of Turbo Tax keeps increasing but my income tax return doesn't. At this rate, in a decade or so, I may as well send my entire return to Turbo tax.
