Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great as usual.using live chat I did have a problem importing data from Fidelity and Vanguard this year. It didn't seem as straightforward as past years. I ended up using Live Chat which had not been necessary in the past.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Always room for improvement Data entry for Form 1095-A took longer than any part of the return. A note that Cntrl C and Cntrl V could help copy and paste. Also after striking the enter key the cursor should move to the next field. -also did the screen for non-itemizers entering charitable contributions explicity state cash only and not donations of used clothing or household goods.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A solid product, except when it isn't I've been using TurboTax to file my taxes for many years, and while I've tried other products, this is the one I keep coming back to. Lately, I've been running into problems where it tells me I need to fix something (and get blocked by the app when I try to figure out what needs fixing), but with a bit of Google-fu, I've been able to muddle through. This is still better than other (to remain unnamed) products, which have crashed on me, or worse, blocked me from filling out their forms at all. Taxes are no fun; a decent app makes them tolerable.
