Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best way to do my simple taxes! Easy to blast through the chore of taxes. Used T Tax last year so it auto fills a lot of lines which is great and saves time. My taxes are simple so I ran right through it pretty quick. Spent a few bucks and a few minutes instead of a few hundred at some company.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax needs some good customer service experts for 2021 , customer support has not been as one would expect. Also I did not know that live support was not supported for CD download version. If the information was correct, I was told that i would have to go to the online version, start all over again and then i could get live support. What about the cost for my CD version???

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really !! State filing increased by 25% I have used turbo tax for several years . But I have also used other companies. Really nothing more special about turbo tax compared to others. They are all professional companies. But I just hate getting taken to the cleaners for increases of 25% for Efile returns to States in just One year. Time to change

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I used H&R Block for years. Got more deductions H&R block doesn't know me personally. If I'm not aware of allowed deductions then I miss then. H&R Block just uses W-4's.mThey don't ask about my social media accounts, solar additions any many personal aspects of my life. Turbo tax gives easy drop down elimination questions to make sure I get the most deductions allowed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Smart Check Failures and RSU issues Smart Check was causing issues with RSUs, had to mark them as not company in order to set the basis correct due to them being counted as "Distribution of property" in the AMT calculations. Frustrating
