I generally file on my own each year with Turbo Tax, However this year I thought I should use the full service to help me catch anything I might be missing. Full service was great, seamless, user friendly and they filed my taxes for me with an hitch. I highly recommend this service.

I appreciate the repetitive questions that ensure accurate info exchange. I especially liked the ability to talk to Carol as she was patient, thorough, thoughtful, informative, and detail oriented. The checkout process was simple and reassuring. Always good to hear from your employee how happy they are with Intuit!
