Rated 3 out of 5 by from You need to fix your system I was almost done filing and I was hit with an error in the review process. I was forced to re-enter all of my W2 information. Then, it was showing that I had entered two W2s! It also asked me for a bunch of different/weird information about my HSA after I re-entered my information that I shouldn't have been asked to enter - it was information I didn't have. Also, I didn't see an option for PayPal that was shown to me on the home screen.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax-Easy! I appreciate how easy it is to file my taxes through TurboTax. My information is saved from my past tax returns, so that makes the process go by so quick. I also appreciate how I can learn about what certain things mean. Taxes are confusing! But with TurboTax, I can understand my financial situation a lot better than I could ever understand it on my own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the best tax filing site! I used this site for the first time last year, which just so happened to be my first year filing EVER. I was extremely nervous and thought filing my taxes would be a daunting task as its not something that is taught in school. However, the step by step walkthrough and extra insight tabs to fully understand why they're asking the questions they're asking and what certain things mean was exponentially insightful! To top it off, last year's taxes were easy but this year's were a BREEZE! Don't think I'll ever switch!
