Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is excellent! I had some issues this year that need help, and the Turbo Tax specialist helped me step-by-step, were patient, and taught me to be better on using the tools. I will stay with Turbo Tax!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Definitely the last time i use turbo tax No matter how many years I use Turbo Tax I run into some sort of errors or issues that the internet has no answer for. And if I want help from turbo tax I have to pay for their expensive services. And depending on how much info you have to report, it forces you to pay for the expensive upgraded services or it will not allow you to file with them. The free version is okay the less info I have to report, but when I have a few more things than usual to report, the program bugs, issues, and extra costs for services start ramping up and I just end up paying for a services that I did not benefit from whatsoever. At this point I don't believe I will ever be using Turbo Tax again.
