Rated 5 out of 5 by from Used for years. So easy I’ve used turbo tax for years. Its so easy and if you need help the answers are easy to find. I do itemized deductions and they can be so frustrating at times. With turbo tax I dont have any problems.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will never use your site again. Awful, horrendous. Will NEVER use your site again. I separated from my spouse and tried to use the site because we had for years. You literally made me jump through hoops to access last years information to prove that I was me despite already having my name, social security number, my son's social security number, my email, my phone number, my license number, etc. FYI, I moved this year, I bought a house this year and you did not ask about any of those things at all.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too Many Ads and Rushing with the new "Race Mode" Taxes are already a stressful experience, adding in the race mode was a terrible idea. Additionally, when I select the cheapest option because the other options are a joke, I really do not like the constant attempt at upselling. It's disgusting.
