User Friendly - Poor Payment ExperienceThe actual filing process is quick easy and user friendly. The payment process is not. You show a discount on my order summary, then on the next page where you submit the payment, it does not provide you with a total of what your actually paying so you must blindly hit submit. I paid more than what was shown on the previous page and there is no way to get refunded other than spending time on the phone.

I was able to complete my complicated taxes!This year I had significantly more going on with my taxes and despite a couple of hiccups and with the help of Tax Professionals I was able to almost seamlessly file my Fed and State.
