Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tas WebSite & Full Service My expert was amazing! She was so helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. However, the website needs work.. In the documents section, the documents cannot be sorted or organized into folders which makes it hard to see what has been uploaded and to help organize the documents for the expert.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is easy and quick! I've used TurboTax for filing my taxes for years! I can do them on my own too, which is great for someone who isn't super familiar with the tax side of things. They have all of my information already filed, so it's quick and easy to file and make adjustments where necessary. I would recommend TurboTax to anyone looking for an easy and quick way to file their taxes!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax friendliness is reduced. Found TTax good in preparation, but much less easy in filing especially for state tax. Specifically the system asked me to pay for the tax on a state website, then at the end Ttax indicated that I must send in a voucher(different from instructions on that voucher). In the end I could have sent a check w voucher OR used credit card without voucher. Instructions were too vague, and led me in the wrong direction---paying and then printing a voucher anyway. I would have appreciated the choice up 1. voucher/check or 2. pay via website AND only upon selection of pay via website be asked for payment info. A better way is to ask if all payments: state tax fee, audit defense fee, and state tax payments would be made. Then after all selections ask for the information on each payment method only once. That way if you are paying via bank(or getting refund), or via one credit card there is only 1 entry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Experience MY taxes were a little more complicated with new forms. I waited too long to schedule but thankfully, the team from Turbotax was still available. They answered all questions and were patient. Process was easy. The question process was long but made sense how important it was to making the process efficient.
