Rated 1 out of 5 by from Meh. It's ridiculous that adding tuition summary paperwork forces me to purchase a package from turbotax. Also your page interface sometimes does not load a scroll function even though I had to scroll down the page to continue. This made the process a real headache, please fix it, you make so much money that turbotax and other tax preparation companies actively lobby to keep our tax code complicated so that people have to use services like turbotax. At least have a functional website while you extort us.

I did give up about $200 because of an error in the New York State return - same thing happened last year and it took me and a representative quite some time to fix it last year, so I gave up this year when the same thing happened.
