ROBIN and my first rep ( I'm sorry I have misplaced her name) were the most amazing representatives. As she stayed on the phone with me for over 2 hours to find out and figure out the entire glitch that i had with my return. I don't have a lot to work with but she was so patient and stayed with me until all was complete . Definately went above and beyond

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs tweeking still The right pop up column will tell you info but never includes a link to that area directly in the tax form body, so you have to search for it. In addition turbo tax delayed my filing because form 2555-T was not ready ? Very vague. I had to google what this meant, TT should just tell me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Great! I've been filing my taxes through TurboTax for the last 3 years now and this year I actually had a few problems. There was something that happened which switched a current place of employment with one from last year and I had to start back over. I also had to re-enter my EIN and submit it a few times before it actually accepted to E-file my taxes. I only complain about that because during the last two years I filed taxes myself on this app has been flawless. The website is usually tremendous and I was just slightly upset with the small problems I ran into this time. I will definitely still be using the app, I just hope they can fix these minor details for next year's taxes.
