Easier, Cheaper, BetterWe had used a professional tax service the past 3 years. After getting frustrated with their rising costs and our shrinking refunds, I tried TurboTax on recommendations from friends. My refund is higher than it has been in 3 years and I felt like I understood why. There is plenty of help and live chat options along the way if you get confused. I am never using anything but TurboTax again.

Good but expensiveI have been filing with turbotax for a few years now. It is convenient and easy, however has gotten pretty expensive in recent years. I've had to pay as much to file as I was getting as a return.
