Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is mediocre It makes it simple to file for an average person, but if you have any other circumstances where its not standard cookie cutter it doesn't help much. It made me file a paper return last year and it still hasn't been processed and returned even after I paid for the full service. Not the biggest fan of this site but it makes the bulk of the work easier than filling it out by hand.
