Rated 4 out of 5 by from switch from desktop to cloud Switch from desktop to cloud was a bit bumpy. Found it harder to move around in the program. Cumbersome to go back and find a particular item. For example, income is a big category and it took a bit of time to find specific line item such aa social security. I hope that every year it will be easier to use the cloud version as I become more familiar with it. I have used the desktop version for decades!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from State Tax Filing is misleading! Overall, the product is great but the one free state tax filing is a flat out lie! You still charge a processing fee for each state submission. Your competition is catching up to you and allowing multiple state within one state for free. Very misleading with your statement of one free state filing. Simply not true
