Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax nickles and dimes you repeatedly I've been using TurboTax for years and it keeps getting more expensive (other sites let you file federal for free) and they keep trying to upsell me the whole time. I have simple taxes. I'm sure the bells and whistles are great but just leave me alone and don't try to sneak an extra $39 by withholding the fee from my federal tax return.

I had a question regarding my W2 that one of the live experts (Walter) handled with grace, poise, and kindness. It is only my second year doing taxes and TurboTax made it easy. In fact, the hardest and most inconvenient part about using TurboTax was finding a nickname that wasn't already used.
