Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's great but.. It's really easy to use and I used the free option so it deserves the 5 stars but.. The refund part is a bit misleading and makes it seem like anyone can use each function when in fact it's like the same thing as applying for a credit card..? I don't see why it needs to be there if it's not a 100% refund acceptance option.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from always confusing I file married filing separately and some things are worded annoying like the car registration is actually tabs, but also why if I have to file separately I don't get the working break, also I pay child support why is that not included but the person getting the child support does NOT HAVE to file that as income!!!!! I pay child support, regardless that it is before taxes It should be included cause it is money coming out of my household. The other party doesn't have to claim it as income is bull. I paid, they received it's just like a job. I don't pay i get sent to jail after getting my license taken away to the point that I can't go to my job to make payments on my child support. I know this is a Sexist thing, I AM THE MOM paying the support, The other party not having to submit that the child support is income is corrupt.
