Was I surprised at how easy and awesome Turbo Tax was to use! I had questions on two occasions during the process and I received phone calls very promptly with two wonderful tax experts to walk me through my issues. Amazing product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Safe, accurate, simple & fast This is the first year I've had to file my taxes on my own. I was terrified that I'd make a mistake or feel stupid not knowing the process. Turbo tax eliminated all my fears and concerns. They assured me my info was safe by requiring certain info only I'd know. The step by step format was informative and quick. They offered a live one on one support for free!! With these guys free means free not once did they pressure me with upgrades or want my credit card info for a hidden fees like so many other companies do! An honest company treating the consumer appropriately, it's a breath of fresh air... TY TURBOTAX

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is helpful, but can be better I had to reach out to the tax experts to get a question answered. The question and help were both very vague and confusing. I'm glad the help was there. I was hoping to have my state taken out of my return, but it was a limited time offer??! That should always be a thing. Who has $900 just laying around? I don't, for sure.
