If there's something I don't understand or know about, there are many easily available resources on the side of the screen that teach me all I need to know to properly file my return. I wasn't sure if I was filing my 1099 properly and I was able to talk to a representative and get the help I needed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is now UNAFFORADLE While the overall experience is the same - good forms, good explanations, etc. The User interface has gotten almost childish, and the cost has risen more than 100% in the last ten years. Now I know my income hasn't increased by 100% in ten years, and the service is the same, so why all the extra expense? Time to check out other options.
