Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax did OK, not great as my previous years Overall things were much better than last years as turbo could not do my file by E file. Turbo tax, needs to let you know all the infro you need before you e file, I was lucky I had my 2019 agi available, also let you know about needing drivers license etc, before you file.

Unfortunately for me, I did not have any deductions and worked too many hours and was put in a higher tax bracket. Haikel was wonderful and kind while helping me correct errors.

It is very thorough and provides ample opportunities for you to check what you have entered while also checking accuracy and completeness. I have used it for many years with no issues
